In Bilbao Spain there stands a magnificent building called the Guggenheim Museum. Guggenheim Museum was designed by famed American architect Frank Gehry. It's design is daring and innovative. In Iloilo City, stands a magnificent building called the I-CON, Ilonggos' own state of the art Iloilo Convention Center.
I-CON was designed by famed Ilonggo architect William Cosculuela, well known for his green urban design. It incorporates Iloilo's culture and heritage.
